Rainmaker Systems Inc. launches second delivery site in the Philippines

Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR), a leading global provider of  BPO telesales services and ecommerce solutions that drive more revenue for clients and their channel partners, today announced the launch of its second delivery site in the Philippines.

It is located at the Alphaland Southgate Mall on EDSA corner Pasong Tamo in Makati City.   The new site further strengthens its capacity to deliver service to its growing base of clients which benefit from Rainmaker’s seamless strategies that fuse in client-specific technology, creativity and analytics with focused sales and marketing execution.

Michael Silton, Rainmaker Systems CEO, stated that the US market’s continued quest for effective cost reduction schemes remains the basic driver for BPO growth in the Philippines. “More U.S.  companies are certainly on the look out for ways to bring down costs and increase revenue,” he declared.

He cited that Rainmaker System’s first site, which was set up in 1999, experienced a 100 percent growth over the past 18 months.

As affirmed by this expansion, Silton  said Rainmaker Systems gets away from the pack by enabling Fortune 500 clients to boost revenue by converting web visitors to leads, generating appointments from lead nurturing, increasing sales of subscriptions or warranties and a host of activities that convert toward clients’ profit goals.

“As we serve our U.S.  clients, a wide range of Philippine businesses also stands to gain from our operations. We similarly bring our expertise to local and Asian clients which are attracted by the customized innovative solutions we offer utilizing on-demand technology applications. Even with a start-up of 50 seats, the impact of our solutions is markedly felt,” Silton stated.

One clear advantage for Philippine clients is customized technology applications that result to a more efficient platform and generate increased productivity.

“We proudly note that our work environment suits Filipinos well. The atmosphere is friendlier as our company size is more compact. Our customers get more attention from our workforce,” he stated.

Rainmaker clients include the world’s largest fortune 500 enterprises in a range of industries, including computer hardware and software, telecommunications, and financial services industries.

Among special guests who have confirmed attendance in the event are former President Fidel V. Ramos, Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin “Jun jun” Binay, Trade and Industry Secretary Gregory L. Domingo, and representatives from the US Embassy and the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, BPAP and key representatives from the business sector
